If I Had A Million Dollars
I'd ease the pain of HIV/AIDS in Africa

The York Region Committee in Support of the Stephen Lewis Foundation,
a group of people from the York Region (north of Toronto), are helping the Stephen Lewis Foundation.
Their goal is to raise awareness in their community about the HIV/AIDS pandemic in Africa,
and inspire and motivate residents to send $ 1 Million by April 2005 to the Stephen Lewis Foundation.

The group has asked Steven Page, if they could call their Campaign the
"If I Had A Million Dollars Campaign".
Steven told them, that he was honored to be associated with their cause.
Steven became one of the groups' honorary patrons.

BNL have decided, that they will donate profits from Do They Know It's Christmas to the
Stephen Lewis Foundation to help ease the AIDS pandemic in Africa.

The Song Do They Know It's Christmas by Bob Geldolf and Midge Ure will appear on BNL's upcoming Album
Barenaked For The Holidays, which will be their first independent release since the Yellow Tape back in 1991.

At the How-To Manual Book Launch Steven Page of the Barenaked Ladies rocked the crowd.
He is seen here on the CityTV Stage at The Word On The Street Festival in September.
