BNL, Neil Young, Randy Bachman and his son Tal Bachman are confirmed to play
at the September 17th benefit concert on Vancouver Island.
Further surprise artists might be announced later.

The show will benefit the Crofton Airshed Citizens Group (CACG), a community-based organization.
The CACG is battling a local pulp mill's (Norske Canada's Crofton pulp mill)
proposal to burn "alternative" fuels to reduce fuel cost.
The CACG suspects, that the emission caused by the "alternative" fuel
causes cancer, respiratory problems and heart disease.
The money raised will help finance an independent study
of the health and environmental impacts
of the mill.

Randy Bachman (The Guess Who), a resident of nearby Saltspring Island
decided to become involved last year, and is helping to organize the show.

The Clean Air Concert will be held at the Cowichan Centre in Duncan,
Vancouver Island, BC, Canada, on September 17, 2004.
Tickets will go on sale July 16th at the Cowichan Centre.
Box Office Phone: 250 748 7529.
